Developed in Northern Norway, Heymat blends industrial-grade durability with a refined, design-forward approach for the home. Originally rooted in commercial mat production, each piece is engineered to withstand heavy daily use while maintaining its structure and color over time.

Mix Zest brings a spark to the front door. One of three new colorways of Mix, Heymat's first collection designed by Kristine Five Melvær, it was recolored in 2026 by artist Tekla Evelina Severin, who set fresh greens and ochre against pink and deep burgundy. The blocks meet in woven-looking melanges, with a palette drawn from gemstones and 1970s color, bright enough to lift an entryway every time you come home. Underneath is the same hard-working construction: 100% recycled post-consumer plastic that traps dirt and moisture, a non-slip rubber backing that keeps it in place, and a mat that goes straight into the washing machine.
