Developed in Northern Norway, Heymat blends industrial-grade durability with a refined, design-forward approach for the home. Originally rooted in commercial mat production, each piece is engineered to withstand heavy daily use while maintaining its structure and color over time.

Mix Ember is the newest colorway of Mix, Heymat's first collection, designed by Kristine Five Melvær. Recolored in 2026 by artist Tekla Evelina Severin, the pattern brings burgundy, rust, terracotta and soft pink together in tonal blocks that meet in woven-looking melanges, warm as low evening light. Made from 100% recycled post-consumer plastic, it traps dirt and moisture at the door, stays put on the floor with its non-slip rubber backing, and goes straight into the washing machine when it needs a refresh.
