Shipping & Returns
Nannie Inez default shipping is USPS ground, Fedex ground and UPS ground. Express and Priority shipping can be selected at check out. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders. Any special instructions should be included as a note at check out or emailed to email@example.com. Please note the standard delivery service for larger furniture items such as sofas, dining tables and lounge chairs is curbside delivery. If you would prefer White Glove Service, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote.
Nannie Inez will gladly ship international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for smaller items such as décor, art, apothecary and accessories. For larger items such as furniture, rugs or lighting, please contact email@example.com for a freight quote. Please include the items you would like to order as well as a complete shipping address.
Free shipping is available on most continental US orders over $200. Some items such as furniture and oversize items may require additional shipping and are exempt from this policy. Sale and clearance items do not have free shipping unless otherwise noted. The free shipping offer is not applicable to any discount offers on dinnerware, glassware, etc. unless specified. Returns and Exchanges are not covered under the free shipping offer. We do not overcharge for shipping and there are no handling fees. Free shipping is for UPS Ground or USPS standard delivery only. All expedited orders and freighted items, such as large chairs, will be quoted shipping before the transaction is finalized.
Customs and Fees
Your order will most likely be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Nannie Inez has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. The shipping charges you pay to Nannie Inez do not include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Nannie Inez and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
We hope you love the items found at Nannie Inez. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for full refund. Apothecary products including Tea, made to order or custom furniture and sale items are nonrefundable. Some larger items such as furniture and lighting may incur a restocking fee of 30% of the retail price. All items must be unused and in original manufacturer’s packaging. When returning items, we recommend that you make sure items are well packed and insured for the full amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Please insure that your return is sent via traceable method. Nannie Inez will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on international orders.
You will need a Return Authorization Number to return an item. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and in the body of the email, include your order number as well as a list of items you would like to return. We will respond with an RA#. Please include this number on the package of your return. Your RA# can be used to reference your return should you have any questions.

Once we receive your shipment, Nannie Inez will contact you by email to confirm the status of your store credit or exchange.
Nannie Inez gift certificates are available for purchase online or in store. Gift certificates will be physically mailed to the recipients address if purchased online. Gift certificates may be redeemed in store or online. Any remaining balances will be treated as a store credit. Gift certificates are non refundable.
