This month we're excited to welcome a new edit of works by Austin artist RF. Alvarez — a series of paintings and collages from a series he's titled Bacchanalia. Thematically this new series considers themes of abundance, fertility, and nostalgic warmth through a visual lens that draws inspiration from Chac-mool sculpture and Pompeii frescos. As always we are drawn to Alvarez's earthy palette and compositions that feel both old and new, relics from another era interpreted through a modern perspective...
