Nannie Inez at Home — Claire Zinnecker
This month's Nannie Inez at Home features Claire of Claire Zinnecker Design, a local interior designer we adore. We love how she mixes her Nannie Inez items with vintage pieces in her laid back home.

What do you like to do most at home?
I spend a lot of my time in the car and in and out of meetings so I love to just sit in my house and cuddle with my pups while listening to some records or watching some stupid reality TV show (depending on how the day has gone).
Morning routine?
What does your home say about you?
My home says that I love plants and pink :) My home is an ever changing experiment of color, furniture and texture and I think shows that I like to have fun with design and want my clients to too!
Favorite room and why?
What's one special piece in your home that you bought while traveling and what's the story behind it?
Probably my round basket bag. I found it on one of my first small town Texas antiquing road trips with my boyfriend Scott. We've been on many since but I have never found a piece that I love so much. The shape is so bold and architectural.
Feed the dogs (they demand this comes first) follow by washing my face and pouring a big cup of coffee to drink while I catch up on emails. I can't function without my morning coffee.

Favorite room and why?
Probably my living room. I love the changing sunlight that comes in throughout the day and love the collection of new, vintage, family heirlooms and custom made furniture I have scattered around. I have a story for every piece in that room.

Favorite Nannie Inez designer and why?
Oh man, I love them all! Currently crushing on Gubi. Their pieces are so whimsical and thoughtfully designed. It is like buying a piece of art for your house.
