Looking to the way a picture or painting is framed, Copenhagen-based design studio Krøyer-Sætter-Lassen explored how an entire frame could surround a mirror without distracting from the purity of reflection itself. The result is the Nimbus Wall Mirror — a simple yet striking design that defines a space through balance, proportion, and light.

Encircled by a halo-like ring in bronzed or polished brass, the Nimbus Mirror appears to float from the wall. The decorative screws securing the frame add a subtle architectural note, while the mirror’s generous scale enhances the sense of openness in any interior. Referencing its mythological namesake — the luminous cloud said to surround deities — Nimbus captures both function and quiet grandeur in a single composition.

Available in bronzed or polished brass finishes, the mirror’s refined craftsmanship and sculptural form make it equally suited for residential or commercial interiors, where it serves as both a practical object and a luminous centerpiece.
